THIS IS DERBY

A Change for the start of 2021 with a look at the rail scene in the East Midlands.
From the 1930 up to the present day Derby is still a rail hub and this is reflected in the services passing through to destinations
 in all parts of the country. Derby also had the Midland railway workshops next to it station for well over a 100years, also lets not forget the other railway in the town, the Great Northern.

Above HN Rail class 20,s 20311 & 20314 bring a train of new LT stock into the loops to the east of Derby station, before taking the new stock to the test facilities near Melton Mowbray 7th Nov 2017
